Offline - Can't Login

Offline - Can't Login

I'm using Spotify Premium through my phone, in offline mode. I restarted my phone earlier today and my Spotify logged itself out. When I go to login again on my phone, it displays the message "You are currently set to offline, please go online to connect to Spotify". Is this normal and will be fixed by logging in on a PC, or am I going to need to contact Spotify Support?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
