Offline devices for Family Plan

Offline devices for Family Plan

Hi, I was a Premium subscriber but I just moved to the Family Plan to add my wife as premium too.

 

As premium I use to have 3 devices available for offline use, but now that we're on the family plan I noticed that the 3 available offline devices are shared for the family members since:

1) my wife's phone displayed a message saying the she was already using 3 offline devices, though her profile showed none, and

2) the only way to make my wife's phone available for offline use was to remove one of my devices

 

Is this true or do I need to do something to have offline devices for every family member?

 

Seriously, a total of 3 (three!!) offline devices for a family that uses spotify in more than 1 device each? Ugh! 😕

That's definitely interesting. The family plan is basically centralized billing, so each account is separate. Did you double check that she is logged into her own account on her device?
