My Question or Issue

I have premium account and I used to listen my music offline. But I have changed phone and now its not possible to listen offline? How can I fix that?

Hey @Caroline1508, help's here!

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? If that doesn't help, does this happen when you turn on Airplane Mode?

Also, please let me know your device name and operating system + let me know the message you get when trying to listen offline.

Thank you 🙂 I can do a clean reinstall when I get to wifi and thats goisng to be next week. Also it happens without airplane mode and I dont get any message. It just doesnt play untill I get back online
