Offline mode not giving me an option to turn on download

When I go to my settings, the option to turn on Offline mode is unavailable. I am going on a long flight and would like to download my music to listen to it, but when I click my playlists to download, it says Go to Settings to download using cellular data. Go to settings and Offline mode is not an option for me, apparently. I reset my offline devices and never have even hit the limit.

Hey @lamatthe14,

If you're not connected to a WiFi network, be sure to check the 'Download using cellular' option which can be found in the Music Quality section of the settings. This is a different setting from the Offline mode switch found at the top.

Downloads using cell data may count to your data plan usage. That's why it's usually turned off.
