Offline music

Hi. I always use offline mode to listen to music. I have a list down and now when I want to listen in the street I can not because it does not let me enter spotify because I am not connected ...  why i download the songs? I only have it for that moment. I already did the login in internet and remove everything connected and uninstalled and reinstalled and downloaded the songs again and I still can not enter if there is no internet.

Could you turn on Offline Mode by going to Home in the Spotify app > Settings > Playback > Set Offline to 'ON'?

When i turn that on all spotify put me that is with out conection even
thought i am conected and the dont let me log in again because it dosent
conect

Hey @Eugejeb,

Could you try following the steps provided here to download the playlist you'd like to listen to when you don't have an internet connection/the app is set on Offline Mode? 

You can also follow some steps in this support site article if you're having troubles with your downloads. 

It is expected to show the app as offline even if you have an active internet connection when you have Offline Mode toggled on.

I'd also love to see a screenshot of what you see and what's going on. Just make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.

Since you mentioned you're not being able to log back in the app when you've set the app to Offline Mode, please follow the steps provided here, and that should fix the issue.

When i turn on the offline mode all the spotify desconect of internet and
you can see that i am conected

Just to be sure, could you confirm that you're not able to log in after getting on Offline Mode? Also, please send me a screenshot of the error you're getting when it happens?

When i turn on the offline mode i cant here any other music than the one
unloaded because its says that all spotify is disconected so i cant serch
anything
