Offline playlists without premium subscription

What happens to all the offline playlists that are saved on my devices if I cancel my premium subscription ? Would I be still allowed to create and save new playlists along with keeping the older ones ?

You won't be able to play the offline playlists without ads if you cancel your subscription, and they don't stay synced offline. You can add regular playlists but, without premium you can't sync offline.
