Hello @x7hz9vo9qoe1445!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Spotify is looking into this and hopefully they'll solve it as soon as possible.

You can try this method and see if it works 🙂

When you get the Please go online to connect to Spotify, just hit cancel > delete password > re-enter password > log in.

You can check the ongoing issue report here. Hope this helps and let me know if there's anything else I can help with. 😀

The only way to avoid this issue altogether is to avoid using offline mode fullstop.
Download a firewall for your device and block spotify instead of going offline mode.
When you want spotify to connect then unblock in firewall.
Or define rules to how Spotify can access the internet.
You can still listen to your downloaded playlists , albums & tracks , you don't need to use offline mode

My firewall settings for Spotify on my android :    Mobile data     /     Wifi
                                                                                          Block                      Allow

Hi @x7hz9vo9qoe1445,

Thanks for posting!

Have you tried a clean reinstall of the app? It'll shake things up a bit.

If possible, try with a different connection.

Let us know how it goes!
