Offline songs deleted and third device appears

Hello, today I found that all of the songs downloaded for offline listening on my iPhone had been removed, and now I must re-download them. To investigate the issue, I checked the "Offline devices" tab in my account. I found that there were three devices listed, when there should have been 2: my Macbook, a "Default" (created on the date of my annual payment in January), and my iPhone, which was created just today. I wonder what I should do to prevent my downloaded songs from being removed in the future, as well as which device to remove from this list. Please let me know, and thank you!

No worries, we can help out with this.

 

First, head here and remove your offline devices. After this, make sure you reinstall the app following these steps.
