Offline songs unavailable

I turned my Phone off. When I started it again and logged in again all my downloaded songs were gone. What can I do?

That sounds odd. However, there are a couple of reasons popping in my mind as to why:

-If your client was offline, and you passed over the time before you needed to get online again. In this case, simply go online again and your music should re-download. Otherwise, you may need to pick again the music you want offline so that it can download again in your phone.

-If you had moved your Spotify app to a memory card instead of phone storage. It could be a technical issue with the card not unmounting properly during the turning off. In this case, try re-downloading your playlists.

If any of these didn't work, try a clean re-installation by following the steps in this guide.
