Hey, any news?
Hi tord00- I posted a reply to you earlier right here:
If you want me to clear all those devices just let me know--thanks!
Ok, this is getting really annoying. This morning not only was all the music gone from my Mac, but I could not access Spotify without an internet connection. My playlists are still on my iPad and iPhone.
Help please...
Does the software delete downloaded content if it encounters a new wifi network?
Seems if I stay on the same network then it stays?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Latest.... My iPad asked me to log in again, then I got the more than 3 devices message, restart, no off-line music.
Is it worth deleting all my install, you resetting my devices and starting everything afresh?
Cheers, Bruce

We can reset this information on our end for you, so you can start again with a blank slate. Would you like us to do so? (You'll need to resync your offline playlists again across the devices).
Hi, yes please, reset me!
Here's hoping!
Hi there, it seems I am having the same sort of problem here.
3 devices connected, Dell netbook, Blackberry 9900 and a Galaxy S2
All is well on the Galaxy, I rarely use Spotify on the netbook, but on the Blackberry it downloads as offline content, then disappears, but still manages to exist on the memory card as in the amount of space the tracks take.
Help?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks, just trying that now.
All program and associated files delete, device restarted, and reinstalling now. Fingers crossed.
I notice that with Android and internet I can log in via Facebook, but on the Blackberry this isnt an option. Could this cause an issue?
The playlists it finds are correct, but just wondered if this would cause problems using two logins.
Well, all deleted and reinstalled. Re-synced a few playlists. Exited the app, restarted the phone and voila.... all gone again!
Not only is it wasting extra memory space, but its utterly useless if I just want to pick the phone up and go.
Surely it should be able to restore its playlists from the memory and not keep having to RE-download it all?
Deezer seems more and more appealing.
I was logging into say that the reset seems to have fixed everything. as my browser was loging into the forum i opened Spotify. Low and behold, it was all gone from my Mac!
Agghhh
all I did differently was log my phone into the facebook share functionality on the app just prior to opening my Mac Spotify.
And changed to quality to extreme on the iPhone app.
Thoughts?
OK, I downloaded everything again. All Ok this morning. Shut down spotify on my Mac. An hour later opened on Mac again - all gone.
Yesterday my iPad told me I had more than 3 devices again. But I don't - what do you see? Should be a Mac, iPhone, iPad.
Please delete me again and I'll start again.
Thanks, Bruce
Please don't reset me. It has been stable for a day now.... I just think your software is buggy and resetting doesn't help. I'll try managing from here, reloading as needed.
Hi,
I have started getting the "third device" error. I have never actually had more than 2 devices but from reading this thread, presume I need reseting?
Thanks

I can only see a Windows machine and Android device on your account. So you shouldn't get any errors.
Perhaps try reinstalling the app?
OK I have reinstalled, I will come back if the error appears again, thanks
Mine is doing the same thing, so if someone could please click the magic reset button I'd appreciate it.
It's pretty annoying having it bomb out and it does it reasonably often. If you're away from Wi-Fi or a decent signal, it's pretty pointless.
