Offline to Online on Premium

I have premium. I have had it for awhile. Recently i have not been able to play any songs. I dont use data on my phone and had no problem playing the songs before but all of a sudden I cant. I can only play the songs when im connected to wifi. Can someone please help. This is annoying.

My account is up to date and again playing the songs without wifi or data hasnt been an issue before. How do I change the offline mode?
