Hi there! Thank you for reaching out here in the Community.

May I ask if you are subscribed to a Premium Plan?

Yes, I have Premium plan

Can you try clearing Spotify App Data and Cache (Phone Settings - Apps - Spotify - Clear Data / Clear Cache)?

Also don't work

Hey there @Parker8,

Thanks for posting about this and welcome to the Community!

You mention that you've reinstalled the app. Keep in mind that it's normal for all your downloaded content to need to be downloaded again after this.

If you're seeing a notification that your content is downloading but it won’t download, we'd recommend checking the following:

  • Check your device isn’t in sleep mode.
  • Make sure there’s enough free space on the device’s memory (we recommend at least 1GB).
  • Your device must have an active internet connection.
  • You can only download music and podcasts to a maximum of 5 separate devices. You can check this here.
  • You can only download a maximum of 10,000 songs per device. If you get an error message that says you’ve reached this limit, try removing some existing downloads.
  • Make sure your account has been online at least once within the last 30 days.

We'd also recommend making sure the app is online in order to download content by following the steps below:

  1. Tap Home
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Playback.
  4. Switch Offline off.

Further, keep in mind that it won't be possible to edit the Music Quality settings if you're using Spotify Connect, like you're seeing in your screenshot.

Let us know how you get on! We'll be right here if you need more help.

Have a lovely day 🙂
