Old Facebook account inaccessible because it linked to my new account

I had an old spotify account through facebook and a new one wich is my main one with subscriptions and everything. 

On my main one i wanted to change the email adress to my current one, but i couldn't because of the facebook account. So i tried linking facebook to my new account, wich didn't help.
Then i wanted to delete the old facebook account, but when i logged through facebook it went to my main account because i linked it.
So i go through the process of unlinking it and trying to relog with the old account.

But now i can't log in to the old one through facebook because ...it was unlinked or something?? It just says:
[You do not have a Spotify account connected to your Facebook account. If you have a Spotify account, please log in with your Spotify credentials. If you do not have a Spotify account, sign up.]

Trying to sign up with facebook again gives errors because it already exists.
So the facebook account still exists with my main current but i can't login to it to delete it.

Any suggestions? Should i try to contact customer support or something?
Or just accept my eternal tornment of not being able to change my email.
