Old Premium account no longer accessible, but still charges credit card

Hi everyone,

a few weeks ago, I suddenly got logged out of my premium account and could not log on again. It also disappeared from my facebook account, to which it was connected. I figured it must have somehow been erased, so I signed up for a new one. 
On my recent credit card statement, though, I noticed the monthly fee has still been deducted. So now I'm paying for an account I can't use and also can't deactivate. Any solutions?

I suggest you contact support so they can help you. Make sure to include the information about the account.
