Old account conntected to facebook

I have an old account that i created with spotify that used my facebook and since then i've created a new profile thats premium and not connected to my facebook. My problem is that i'm unable to connect my new account to facebook because it keeps saying i'm already connected with a different spotify account (my old one) i don't have the option of disconnecting my old account from facebook under 'edit>preferences' and it wont work when i try to remove the app from my facebook either. Someone please help this is so frustrating! i would like to delete my old account anyway since its useless but that process is long and complicated as well 😞

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
