My Question or Issue:
I used spotify all the time, then one day, I was logged out, and my email / pass do not work. I try to reset the password but it says my email is not associated with an account. I try my only other email via FB and login but that account is not on PREMIUM and none of my music is there. I'm still being charged! And this is the only way to get any support. I want my old account back or to cancel / get a refund!
This is sent from the Non premium account as it says there is no account but I'm being charged!
