I Signed up for a free account a few years ago with a email address that no longer exists but I forgot about it, now I upgraded to a premium account with my current email address and I can’t access my premium account on my phone only on the web address. When I try to change old email to new one it says account already exists for that email address? Don’t know what to do.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
