Old iphone used as music player cant get my family spotify

Anyone know how to get the family share on an old iphone i am using as a basic ipod to work out?  I dont have an email associated with it?

Its an old iphone 4 is basically use as a ipod at the gym..its not associated with an email and I have the spotify family share...how can i get one of my free memberships on that iphone?

Unfortunately that device is no longer being supported by Spotify.

Okay..I have a 5..no problem..but what would be the solution to get spotify on a device that is not supported with an email account?

You need to create an email address for that Spotify account as Spotify requires that all accounts have an email address.
