Old playlist to upgraded profile

Hello! I have a little problem with Premium account. Earlier I had just Spotify free but I just upgraded Spotify family account. When I logged in to family Premium, I noticed my playlist wasn't there anymore. My account is connected with facebook. Does anyone know is it possible to get that old playlist back in some way?

Hey @saarl,

Normally this happens when a duplicate account exists, one with a Spotify username / password and one with your Facebook details.

Fill out the contact form and someone from Spotify will help you migrate your library, playlists, friends, etc. to this new account.
