Old playlists; no more live customer support?

It's been a couple years since I tried to get a live help chat going. Looks like they don't offer it anymore. That is a drag. I had an account. It got hacked or usurped by someone with my name. Can I get my old playlists back?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

If the previous account can be recovered, the playlists are still on that account, they could be restored as well. However, we don't have access to user's accounts from the Community to make the process on our end.

In this case, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can look for your old account and help you further.
