Old spotify account replaced all my playlists from facebook account

Hello fellows,

I have been using spotify through my facebook account (yiwei145@gmail.com).

I am studying abroad now (in the Netherlands, originally used Spotify in Germany) and was not able to log-in to spotify via my facebook account. I was asked to change my country but was not able to do it trough my Facebook account. Therefore I logged in to my spotify acc (created during US-holiday), changed the country and synchronized it with my facebook account 

unforuntately now all my playlists from my facebook account are gone and have been replaced by the playlists of my spotify acc...

Is there any way to recover my old playlists?
