On Spotify Premium and still hearing adverts!

Hello,

I am hoping for some help- I subscribed to Premium a couple of months ago but my laptop wasnt very good so hardly used it. Just got a new one and started using Spotify properly, only I am getting adverts every few songs and I thought that shouldnt happen with Premium? 

I know I am paying for premium, and I am not very happy about it!

Please help!!

Hi there, and welcome to the community 🙂

Does it say Spotify Premium at the top of the client? If not, then your account thinks it isn't on premium. Does it say you're on premium on your subscription overview?

If not, then either:

• A payment failed and you reverted to free [OR]
• The premium is with another account

Did you register using Facebook? Do you login with an email address or a username? If you have a username, please try logging in with that, and not an email.

If nothing detailed in this post works, then you should contact the payments team using the Support Form who will be able to track down your missing premium for you 🙂
