On a trip in Greece, bought Spotify premium for the trip, not working

My Question or Issue

 Good morning! I’m on a service trip to Greece and I thought that it would be a good idea to have Spotify Premium for the trip. Before I left, I got it all set up and it was working perfectly. However, I’m trying to use it in Greece, and it’s not working at all. I’m tapping the songs and they keep getting tapped and don’t play. I press shuffle and nothing happens. Then, it finally pops up after my phone freezes for 5 minutes and doesn’t play at all. Then to top it off, when I try to back up, the app crashes. What is the problem here and how can I go about fixing it? Right now, unfortunately, all premium is for me is a waste of money. Thanks in advance and I hope we can work this out!

Try changing your location to greece, music on spotify varies from country to country so this may be the problem.

Premium subscribers can use Spotify abroad for as much as they want. You don't need to do or change anything so it sounds like something is wrong with your app. Try to do a quick reinstallation with these instructions.

Be sure to use the username which you can see in the email receipt you received when subscribing to Premium. That way you'll know for sure that you are accessing your Premium account.
