Hi! I've paid my subscription via e-mobile banking. But somehow there's a problem with the status of payment. It (the e-mobile) said my payment is on hold. Im afraid it would be paid after the time limit. Can you help? Thank you -p.s. Sorry about my grammar

If the charges are showing as "on hold" or "pending" in your statement, this means no money's been taken and the funds should reappear on your statement soon. We have more info about this here.

 

Also, you can change your payment method following these steps.
