One device is out of the Spotify network

My Question or Issue

I have (had) a Spotify network of 4 devices: a laptop with Kubuntu 18.10, a Xiaomi Redmi 4X, an Amazon Echo and a Win7 PC. However the win7 PC started to live a life on its own a few weeks ago: does not show Friends list, does not play certain musics, does not show up on any other devices as a part of my Spotify network, and can't see any other device on it from the network, refreshes the liked music very rarely; maybe once a month, and since it looks like that it is off the network, I can play music on this, and on any other devices, which are on the Spotify network at the same time.

I already tried to reinstall the newest version, but no change. Network configuration did not change, everything is the same for years, and everything else, what uses Internet works just fine, so I don't think, it would be a network issue (and 120 Mb/s should be enough I guess, since it works on 1Mb/s on my mobile internet).

Any help would be appriciated, and if you need any more information about the issue, please, let me know.
