One email linked to Two Spotify accounts

Hello, I have a big problem, So i have an old spotify account with my email X... and then i made a new spotify with facebook ( facebook has same email X) i have two seperate accounts, I want to know what is my facebook spotify username, so i can actually log in, and i want to change its password. whenever i try to change anything I get a big error. 

It's kind of a bug in this system, I just want my Old X spotify account to be deleted, but i'm scared that spotify would get confused and delete both of different accounts. 

Please help me, 

if anyone works in spotify, can anyone manually fix my problem? 

PS: I tried to change my email on facebook to another one, but it stayed the same on my facebook spotify account, will it need time to refresh?
