One month free?

One month free?

I've just signed up for the one month free trial of Spotify Premium, nothing happened on my Spotify account even after logging out and logging back in, I clicked on a 'get premium' sign in Spotify and its sent me another receipt charging me for this month!

 

I am NOT happy, I am not going to pay for this month.

 

Any ideas??

I've just been looking at other advice. I've tried the 'clean reinstallation' and Premium still isn't showing up on my account so i've neither got Premium and I haven't got it free.

Who's your Spotify Star?

Try this mate:

 

 

While in the client: Click on Edit >Prefences >Scroll down to Cache, Right click and copy the path to the cache folder >Click start >and Paste the path in  the search bar >Once in the Cache folder, SIGN OUT/EXIT the Spotify client >Delete everything from the folder.

 

Then just load up the Spotify client and you SHOULD now have the Premium status at the top of the screen and the upgrade button should no longer be there.
