One more payment problem because of the automatic country detection

Quickly :

One more time I'm facing the retardness of online softwares/systems which integrates payment solutions. I currently live in germany, but I'm from France. Thus, I have a french Visa card, which doesn't allow me to get a premium account because of the automatic IP detection setting my country as Germany. In addition to that of course, there is no way to change it myself, since the country drop down menu is greyed out.

Yeah that's normal, I live in germany. But I can't open a premium account, since its registered in France. How smart is that ? How is that necessary ? How is that user friendly ?

What's the solution ?

PS : keep making restricted system like that, and you'll probably manage to reach the highest level of stupidity and control of other systems such as Paypal.
