One name for two accounts

Hello,
am a premium user at spotify but there are 2 accounts under my name I cannot log in. Yesterday when I was trying to enter my account Spotify created a totaly new account I cannot log into my original account my mail is now directed to new account that I don’t want to use. Please help me I couldn’t reach any helping article and dont know what to do :(((( my account name is meltemmuste
