One of my family account is in another country

One of my family account is in another country

Hi i created my Premium for Family account in Australia.

Now were back in France, i made all the changes on my master account but one of my family account is always in Australia..

 

What do i do to resolve this problem?

Hey @pinotibe,

 

You can change your accounts country by updating your payment method + billing address. 

 

https://spotify.com/account/subscription/

 

Please note that the payment method and billing address must be in France, not Australia.

hi we change our payment method + billing address but only mine account is always australian, others passed french good...why?

Umm.. have you waited until the next payment date? The country setting won't update until then.

Yes but our changing been made more than one year ago...

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can take a closer look at your issue:
