I received a one year gift card for Premium October 2015. Spotify logged me out and when I signed in again I didn't have premium anymore. How do I get it back?

There is currently an issue with logging in. I think the problem you are having is related to what is currently going on.

Spotify is currently looking into this and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
