Online/Offline

I'm online (sitting next to the wifi-box and other applications work), but spotify says I'm offline, which means I can't listen to new music at all. Pretty annoying. What shoul I do?

Sorry to hear your having issues listening to music, but no worries - I’ll be happy to help. 

If you are using Spotify on mobile, please go ahead and follow these steps: 

Library > Settings Icon > Playback > Turn off offline mode. If you don’t see these, or if it’s already off, let me know 🙂
