Online subscription expired, still charged

Online subscription expired, still charged

I went online yesterday to cancel my account, but it showed that I was using the free version although I am using Spotify Premium. Early this morning, I was charged for Spotify Premium, but my online account still says I'm using the free version. I'm very confused but mostly would just like a refund.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

As this is a payment issue, I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify should be able to refund you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
