Only Family Plan offer showing

Only Family Plan offer showing

I was on student and then they would not renew my id. So I am forced to go to the 9.99 a month. When I log in, all I see is the student offer and family plan. Where is the 9.99? I have been without my playlists and preiumum for over a week now and Spotify has not helped.
