Hi, so I have had Spotify Premium in the past, orginally through a 3 month for $0.99 deal and cancelled after the 3 months but today an ad appeared that had a deal for 3 months of premium for the price of one ($11.99). I clicked on the ad (banner?) and it took me to the spotify website to pay for the premium and after putting in all my details and paying and what not Spotify told me that I would be charged on the 10/07/16 for another $11.99 (today is the 10/06/16). I then removed my pay details and was told my subscribition would end in one month instead of 3.
Is there anyway to rectify this problem and false advertising? Can I get my $11.99 back?
