I started on Premium a few days ago, but yesterday after I added a new song it suddenly changed back to Free.
I contacted Spotify and am getting a refund but when I try to re-subscribe to Premium only the Spotify Family plan is available instead of the normal individual subscription. Anyone know why this happened?
P.S: I am currently using Spotify on 3 devices - a PC, iPhone and Macbook.

Same problem seems to be affecting many people. Spotify reverts recently upgraded accounts back to Free, promising a refund. They then say you can reupgrade but only family plans seem to be available. Pretty unbelievable tactic if true.
