I have been trying to log in my Spotify account on my phone for days but I get the message "You can only use Spotify abroad for 14 days". I realized it could be that the country in my profile settings because not long ago I went to Spain for vacation. I am currently living in Israel and when I tried to change the country in the options I only had the Spain option. How could I fix this problem?

Spotify is launching regularly in countries around the world.
Check out the list of countries where Spotify is currently available.
If Spotify isn't yet available in your country, you can sign up to Spotify's announcement services. They'll then email you as soon as they have news about launching in your country.
