I tried to login my spotify account and shown error like this..

Please get in touch with Spotify Support via one of the channels below. They'll be able to look into this issue:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Please try logging in using username and password, instead of email address and password.

I forgot my username.
Thats why im using email address to login.

Right now im on free user but im planning to use family sharing.

So im planning to use that account to subscribe.

When im tried to reset.

It says

All my cards work with all other online merchants and I've used them online as recently as today.

 

 

 

Thanks for getting in touch with us. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble paying for Spotify with your card.

First things first, please check the following requirements:
Make sure your card hasn’t expired.
Enable your card for online transactions (Verified by Mastercard for example).
The payment card’s country must match the country in your Spotify profile.
The card must be open for foreign purchases.
Some banks will require further security authentication, such as 3DSecure.
Once you have checked the above, try signing up again on your subscription page. Fingers crossed it’ll go through successfully this time.

You can also talk directly to your bank for further assistance with paying for Spotify.

Its been a while since i subsribe spotify.
And maybe my bank decline the payment because i dont use it again or expired.

now i want to use spotify again.
