Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day.

I've tried to renew my premium subscription multiple times on multiple platforms.

 

Windows, Mac, Chrome, Safari...

 

I keep receiving the following message: 

 

  • Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

My credit card provider(s) are having a fine day as I spent several hundred elsewhere since receiving this message...

 

 

Spotify: Please fix so that I can pay you... and because Sonos does not yet support Apple Music.
