Oops something went wrong - premium member

Hello! I can't play music, it appears I'm logged in, but I can still see the log in at the top right but can still view my profile details. My payment options have been valid for the last few months. When I click Log In it says oops something went wrong. What can I do to start playing music again!?

Can i confirm that you are logging in from web browser? What about trying on another device? Does your account work on another device?

Thanks for reaching out to the community about this.

This may be an intermittent problem. Did you try cleaning the browser cache?

If the process above doesn't work for you, try cleaning the browser storage for the domain, opening developer tools > Application > clear site data.
