Option to change contry is greyed out even if I have premium

Hello,

I'm subscribed to what I assume is Premium Spotify. I used to be in Denmark and then moved to Canada. I closed the danish credit card and so now my payments needs to happen on my canadian credit card but in order to do that I need to change the contry of my account.

I go to my profil, select edit, scroll down to contry uptions and the field is greyed out and doesn't let me interact with it.

How do I solve this?

If you're not in the country you'd like to change it to, you can change the country with your payment details here. Your payment details will need to be from the country you'd like to change to. It's just to verify you're actually from there.

So I tried this flow but when I enter the details I get a message that I need to change the contry in my account first at which point I'm blocked.
