Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out.

Each person in the Premium Duo plan has their own Spotify account, so they are able to play music while logged into their account on one device, at the same time as the other member of the plan is playing music while logged in to their account on a different device.

If you've changed the password for you own it should not have changed for your wife's account. So in this case we can recommend that you double-check that you're logged in on the correct account.

Another reason might be that you folks are using a smart speaker like for example a Sonos, Alexa or Google Home that requires to be linked with one singular Spotify account. This could also make it so that your wife's listening history appears on your account if the speaker is linked to your it.

Hope this info helps!
