Our song appears on another artist´s page!

About two weeks ago we released our first Single, "Luna Llena", and our band name is Saudadë, but our song is appearing under the band Saudade, and we want to begin promoting our song but are unable to because it´s not our Artist Page! How can I fix this? I've already written to Spotify support from my personal and my band's E-Mail but it's been more than 2 weeks and no one has answered me! Who should I contact in order to speak about this?

Yeah already tried that, but literally right now our page has been seperated from the other band and we have our own page! Thenaks for the help anyways!
