Over 3 Devices Synced to Spotify??

So recently I keep getting this error message saying that I 'can't download music on more than 3 devices' (of course that's paraphrased) but the thing is, I only have TWO devices synced so this shouldn't be an issue? What can I do to fix this because I'm on vacation and I can't keep downloading my music over and over when I usually don't have wifi!

Since you're sure there are only two devices being used in Offline Mode, you could have a duplicate cache memory that's causing this issue.

Try logging in here and remove your offline devices. Once they're removed, try reinstalling Spotify and download your music again.
