Over Charged Account

I was trying to get the Spotify student premium and I applied for it twice and both charges came out of my account . But I was unqualified for the student discount so I payed for the regular Spotify premium so I was charged the 9.99 for the regular premium plus 2 student premium payments . Am I going to get my money back ?

Hi @carleencarp

Sorry to hear this! Unfortunately this does happen sometimes. The button which you use to suscribe to Spotify online is particuarly sensitive and if you click on it twice or, like in your case, apply more than once then you'll be subsequently charged twice.

Not to worry! What happens now is the additional money you've payed will rollover so you don't have to pay for next months premium. If you read this article below it may help clarify what I've just explained.
