Over charged for my family plan

Over charged for my family plan

I signed up for the 2 member plan and have somehow been on the 3 person. I'm being charged for 3 when all I want is 2. I have asked how to fix this and tried but nothing happens or changed. Please fix this error, we love your service and would like to keep using it
