Over charged

I signed up for student premium on Thursday (9/17/15 ) and my account as been charged twice for the student price of $4.99 and once for 9.99 as of today(Monday 9/21/15)

Ive been using the premium with the student discount vut this month I was charged $9.99. I contacted spotify via the contact form but still no reply

I tried to use their discount that they have for the next 3month. it says only 9dkk for 3months, and i got charged 99dkk instead. 3rd day waiting for answer
