Over charged

Hello I tried doing the student discount and it said I wasn't verified but my account was charged 4.99 three times and I still don't have premium

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

it sounds like you're logging into the wrong account, make sure you use the right login, it's very easy to have both a facebook and Spotify based one.

 

Secondly, if you've been charged 3 times it just means that you'll have 3months of premium before you get charged again - Your subscriptions page should verify this once you're in the correct account.

 

If you are in the correct account and it is not showing up still, try logging out and back in again.

I tried logging back out and back in and I'm in the right account and it still says I don't have premium. Is there anyway I can just have a refund
