I was charged normal pricing instead of student..also i'd like to cancel my subscription. So if you can refund me the full $10.69, itd be appreciated.

For any refunds, it would be best to get in touch with Spotify directly. You should be able to do so from the link below:

Just a quick note, Student Discounts are only valid for 12 months as indicated in their terms and conditions. You should renew to be able to enjoy it again for another 12 months.

They make this so difficult to contact them..Why not have a contact number with some customer support...pretty stupid.
