Overcharged and cannot downgrade


Overcharged and cannot downgrade

My £9.99 per month premium subscription expired recently. I tried to re-subscribe today and when I did so I was instead charged £14.99 and put on a "family" subscription plan.
Now I have no way to go back to normal £9.99 per month premium and cannot get my money back. Somebody help!?

You can contact support by filling this online contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/
If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
